The cleanser emulsifies completely, leaving no oily residue on your skin, as we don't use Mineral Oil.

Begin with dry hands and face.
Apply 2-5 pumps and lightly massage in a circular motion into your skin, including the eye areas. Wet your hands and as you continue to massage, the oil will emulsify into milk, smoothly melting away makeup and impurities.
Be gentle around the eyes to remove eye makeup. Rinse off with warm water.
Can be used AM & PM.
